About the Resort
The Resort comprises of 30 executive suites studio residences (either as single or double unit configurations) and a 19 room Hotel. All rooms are equipped with private balconies, ceiling fans, air condition units, In-room safes, satellite television, hairdryers, direct dial phones, wireless broadband internet access. The resort boasts of a health spa, turkish steam bath, fully equipped fitness centre and a dedicated emergency room with first aid and accident/emergency assistance available.
Room Descriptions and Amenities
The Antigua Yacht Club Marina offers you an opportunity to enjoy Antiguan hospitality. Each accommodation offers dramatic views of the Falmouth Harbour and the Marinas. They come equipped with ceiling fans, air condition units, electronic safes, DVD/CD players, flat screen televisions, wall mounted hairdryers, direct dial telephones, wireless and modem internet access, daily housekeeping service and fully equipped laundry facilities.
There are four types of accommodations:
Hotel Rooms
All guest rooms have private balconies with views of the Marina. The furnishings are a Asian/Italian fusion with the wooden Indonesian furniture and a 100% cotton Italian linens and soft furnishings. The rooms and bathrooms are both quite large by hotel standards.
Garden View Studios
They offer great vistas of the tropical gardens with views of Falmouth Harbour in the background. It comprises of a Roomy bedroom, small kitchenette, and a nice modern bathroom. They are 60 Sq Meters (637 Sq Ft), thus are quite spacious and comfortable.
Sea View Studios
They offer unobstructed panoramic views of the harbour and the marinas. They come equipped with a cozy bedroom with a four poster bed, a good size modern bathroom, small kitchenette and a spacious balcony. They are 63 SQ Meters (679 Sq Ft).
One Bedroom Executive Suites
They feature a very roomy bedroom/bath suite and a very large living room/kitchen. It is a split level unit with the bedroom/bathroom suite located on the bottom floor and the living area on the top floor. This type of accommodation boasts of 2 separate balconies, one on either level, thus giving commanding views of both the tropical landscaped gardens and the most spectacular Falmouth Harbour.

Prices are in US$ and are on a room only basis. But are subject to 12.5% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.

Deposit Policy
Three nights' deposit is required to guarantee reservation. We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard, however we do not accept American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds less one night's fee are available on cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds are not available on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
Your Special Day
The Antigua Yacht Club Marina Resort is a small intimate property set into one of the most scenic locations in Falmouth Harbour on Antigua's South Eastern Coast. Our Team understands the importance of your special occasion, and our endeavor is to make it a very special and memorable one. Unlike most hotels and resorts, we do not offer bundles of "off-the– shelf" wedding packages. Since each special wedding or renewal of vows ceremony is different, a customized package to meet your needs is developed for each couple from our variety of services. We offer the services of an onsite wedding coordinator for you're your weddings as well as an event planner* who will be able to give you additional advice on making that day extra special particularly if you wish to follow a specific theme.
Getting Married in Antigua & Barbuda
Getting Married in Antigua is fairly simple. The following guidelines will assist in making your special day run smoothly: Registration Fee of US$40.00 - This must be paid to the local Courthouse on Queen Elizabeth Highway. Application Fee for Special Marriage License US$150.00 Marriage Officer's Fee of US$50.00

Documents Required:
Valid Passport for Bride & Groom to be. For divorcees, the original divorce decree. For Widows & Widowers, the original marriage & death certificates.
Other Legal Requirements:
Both Parties must be over 15 years of age. If under 18, written authorization must be obtained from parents or guardians.
Please note:
All documents should be in the applicant's legal name; affidavits are required if you are known by a different name. Two witnesses will be required for the ceremony. If you choose to perform the ceremony in a church, permission must be obtained from the church authorities. Some churches require couples to attend pre-nuptial consultation sessions.
